For our clients, we take over the complete technical tendering process: from understanding product requirements and selecting suppliers to evaluating bids and recommending an award scenario. To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone who combines technical depth, manufacturing know-how, and procurement experience.

  • Technical analysis of client drawings, components, and applications in order to fully understand the requirements
  • Identification of suitable manufacturing technologies and selection of appropriate suppliers
  • Preparation of technical tender documents including documentation, specifications, and data structures
  • Sending tenders to suppliers and clarifying open technical points
  • Reviewing, validating, and plausibility-checking incoming offers
  • Comparing and evaluating offers with regard to technology, delivery capability, quality, and cost
  • Preparing results for clients: presenting scenarios, award recommendations, and decision support
  • Close coordination with clients throughout the entire process, including final award scenarios

  • High-level technical understanding, ideally through experience in production, manufacturing technology, or mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of relevant manufacturing technologies (e.g. CNC, metalworking, plastics processing, assembly processes, etc.)
  • Procurement experience in a technical environment (tenders, supplier selection, bid comparisons)
  • Ability to confidently read technical drawings (2D/3D) and interpret requirements
  • Analytical mindset and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills, client focus, and enjoyment in exchanging ideas with engineers and suppliers
  • Independent, reliable working style and confident handling of complex technical issues
