We are ProcuVia, a specialized procurement consultancy for mid-sized companies. Our projects range from AI-supported procurement applications and technical tenders to sourcing and demanding negotiation and auction processes. To ensure these services work together optimally for the client, we are looking for a project manager who understands what we do professionally and ensures organizationally that projects are implemented with measurable success.

  • Overall responsibility for client projects across several service areas (AI, negotiation, tendering, technical sourcing)
  • Central interface between client, internal expert teams, and external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of project content in order to advise clients clearly, confidently, and as an equal
  • Structuring, planning, and managing projects including timelines, milestones, and resources
  • Planning, monitoring, and adhering to project budgets
  • Ongoing quality assurance: checking whether methods, results, and approaches are working as planned
  • Early identification of risks, weaknesses, and optimization potential within the project
  • Presenting project status, results, and recommendations to the client
  • Identifying additional client development potential across our service portfolio

  • Several years of project management experience, ideally in consulting, procurement, or technically driven projects
  • Very strong soft skills: communication strength, empathy, assertiveness, and a confident presence
  • Strong technical and content understanding: you can grasp, question, and explain complex topics
  • Ability to connect different subject areas and translate them into a clear project logic
  • Structured, forward-looking, and results-oriented way of working
  • Confident in dealing with clients at management level
  • Commercial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility for budget and results
  • High level of initiative and enjoyment in actively shaping and further developing projects
